MusicStockArt provides digital content (images, videos, and audio) that is delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods that can be downloaded immediately, we have a limited refund policy as outlined below.

General Policy: All Sales Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Once a license is granted and content is downloaded, the transaction cannot be reversed as the digital file has been delivered.

Exceptions: When We May Issue Refunds

We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

1. Technical Issues

To qualify, you must report the issue within 7 days of purchase and provide evidence of the technical problem.

2. Duplicate Purchases

Duplicate purchases are typically refunded automatically when detected, or within 48 hours of reporting.

3. Unauthorized Transactions

Report unauthorized transactions immediately. We may require additional verification and coordination with your payment provider.

Credit Purchases

Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once credits are purchased, they cannot be converted back to cash. Credits do not expire and can be used for any future purchases on the platform.

If you have unused credits and wish to close your account, the credits will be forfeited.

Subscription Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
